On the evening of July 28, the National Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief Commission launched a national fourth-level disaster relief emergency response.
In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on flood prevention and disaster relief work and Premier Li Qiang’s instructions and requirements, in accordance with the National Natural Disaster Relief Emergency Plan, the National Development and Reform Commission urgently arranges an investment of 200 million yuan within the central budget to support Beijing to carry out post-disaster emergency recovery, focusing on the post-disaster emergency recovery construction of damaged transportation, water conservancy, medical and other infrastructure and public service facilities in disaster areas such as Miyun and Huairou, and promote the recovery of normal production and living order as soon as possible.
