In the trial, the defendant Pan confessed to the facts of the crime, pleaded guilty and accepted punishment in court, and was willing to bear the responsibility of ecological restoration, and assumed the responsibility of replanting seedlings and maintenance in accordance with the "Ecological Restoration Plan".

The judicial organs of Pingtang, Guizhou Province established the China Sky Eye Quiet Zone Protection Court and explored the establishment of a joint meeting mechanism for the safe operation of the "China Sky Eye" judicial guarantee work. The "China Sky Eye" Quiet Zone Environmental Protection Procuratorial Hearing Room has been built to ensure the environmental safety of the Quiet Zone with precise legal supervision.

Since 2022, 5 judicial recommendations on environmental security protection of the "China Sky Eye" and 11 prosecutorial recommendations have been issued, striving to prevent cases (events) that affect the safe operation of the "China Sky Eye" from the source. The China Sky Eye Serenity Zone Protection Court heard 863 litigation cases of various types, achieving case settlement, incident and harmony, and effectively maintaining social harmony and stability in the core area of ​​the "China Sky Eye" and making the judiciary both strong and warm.
