CCTV News: At 14:20 on March 28, 2025 (Beijing time), a magnitude 7.5 earthquake occurred in the Myanmar waters (21.74°N, 95.59°E), with the focal depth of 15 kilometers. The Ministry of Natural Resources Tsunami Warning Center judged based on preliminary seismic parameters that an earthquake may trigger a local tsunami around the focal source, but since the focal source is outside the Pacific Ocean range, it will not affect my country's coast.
