This is the first planarian space regeneration experiment carried out in my country. It uses the small general biological culture module of the life ecological experiment cabinet to study the specific impact of the space environment on planarian regeneration morphogenesis and physiological behavior, so that scientific researchers can further understand the basic mechanism of regeneration from the individual level. In the Wentian Experimental Cabin, astronauts observed the samples in the biotechnology experimental cabinet and completed solid culture sample collection using scientific glove boxes to help scientific researchers carry out research on the microbial effect mechanism of cell tissue culture module.
In the field of aerospace medicine experiments, the crew transported the upward cell experimental unit to the medical sample preparation device of the human system research cabinet for culture, supporting scientific researchers to conduct research on the impact of cell growth, differentiation and function in a microgravity environment. In addition, astronauts used computers and visual motion testing software to conduct related behavioral tests for visual motion processing experiments.
In the half month in orbit, the crew has also completed the maintenance and component replacement of related devices such as regeneration and regeneration protection systems, space treadmills, and has carried out material sorting and installation of node cabin door protection devices. At present, the three astronauts are in good physical and mental state, and all work is progressing smoothly.
