Articles 6, 43 and 44 of the "Regulations on Radio Management of the People's Republic of China" stipulate that no unit or individual may use radio frequency without authorization, shall not cause harmful interference to radio services carried out in accordance with the law, and shall not use radio stations (stations) to engage in illegal and criminal activities. Radio transmitting equipment produced or imported for sale and use in China shall comply with laws and regulations, national standards and relevant provisions of national radio management.
