But at the same time, some left-behind rural women face practical difficulties such as life, employment, and mental health due to poor physical health, weak labor and employment capacity, excessive family care burden, and lack of spiritual and cultural life. In order to further strengthen precise care and assistance to left-behind women in need in rural areas, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and other departments have studied and formulated the "Action Plan for Precision Care and Assistance for Left-behind Women in need in rural areas" based on in-depth investigation and research and extensive listening to public opinions and grassroots suggestions.
