For example, the 4th "Beijing Cai Da Chuang" Beijing College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition sets a stage for young students to innovate, pursue their dreams, and realize their value, and discover and select high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students from the source.

Site support, incubation services, accelerated services... "Incubation" focuses on supporting key elements of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. For example, for excellent entrepreneurial teams with demand for entrepreneurial venues, based on the winning situation of the competition, and in accordance with relevant conditions and requirements, after review and approval, they will be rented free of charge to enter the municipal park of Beijing University College Entrepreneurship Park. Promote the co-construction and sharing of municipal-level parks and university branch parks, build a community of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students in the capital, and form a good situation of resource sharing, product creation and win-win cooperation.

"Investment" emphasizes providing financial guarantees for college students to innovate and start businesses. In terms of financial docking, the role of Beijing University Student GEM will be played to help college student start-up enterprises connect with venture capital funds, banks, guarantees and other institutions, and effectively solve financing problems. In terms of fund guarantee, we will give full play to the role of the "Beijing Cai Da Chuang" Beijing College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund to provide financial support and guarantee for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects with market prospects and innovation potential. In addition, we also focus on the relay of the alliance, promote the establishment of the "Beijing Cai Da Chuang" Beijing College Student Innovation and Venture Capital Alliance, and establish a working mechanism and channel for co-incubation of social capital and relay investment in college student entrepreneurship projects.

"Transformation" focuses on promoting the implementation and transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students. We will focus on key industries. Connect with the Ministry of Education’s Regional Science and Technology Achievements Transfer and Transformation Center, build a scientific and technological achievement transformation base for universities in Beijing, and focus on supporting the implementation and transformation of college student entrepreneurial teams in key industries such as artificial intelligence, robots and green energy. Encourage teachers and students to create together. "Rong" emphasizes creating a good atmosphere for college students to innovate and start businesses. For example, vigorously carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, build an online and offline innovation and entrepreneurship education resource sharing platform, and carry out multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship guidance training. Promote the coordinated development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Expand the scope of resource sharing, establish the "Tianjin-Hebei University College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Shared Office Area" in the Beijing College Student Entrepreneurship Park, promote the further gathering and sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship efficiency in the three places, and jointly cultivate new quality productivity.
