Answer: In order to safeguard national security and interests, and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, in accordance with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Export Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement to include 16 U.S. entities on the export control list and prohibit the export of dual-purpose items to them. These entities have acts that may endanger China's national security and interests, and no export operator shall violate the above provisions.
