CCTV News: March 15 is the "3.15" International Consumer Rights Day, and the "National Consumer Association Smart 315 Platform" was officially launched on the 15th.
The Consumer Association 315 platform is jointly created by the China Consumer Association and the National Consumer Association. It can be registered and logged in through the computer and mobile WeChat and Alipay mini programs. The platform has smoothed the online complaints of consumers, opened up online reconciliation and online mediation processes, and developed functions such as sunshine disclosure and case disclosure.
Among them, the case disclosure is conducted on the behavior of operators seriously damaging consumers' rights. Industry announcements and index announcements score different dimensions such as the timeliness of operators in the settlement stage, the success rate of settlement, the degree of coordination and mediation success rate of mediation stage, so that each complaint is closely linked to the index score of the operators, thus forcing operators to take and properly handle consumer complaints, and also provide data support for consumers to understand the handling of operator complaints, effectively inform and self-consumption.
In addition, the Consumer Association 315 platform also sets modules such as "Customer Association Helps You Check" and "Customer Association Helps You Choose" to provide consumers with information inquiries such as enterprise service contact information, product comparison test results, and provide help and guidance for consumers' daily consumption.
It is understood that the Consumer Association 315 platform was launched on trial operation on March 15, 2024. At present, a total of 702,786 registered consumers and 42,913 operators have been settled. A total of 585,387 online complaints and consultations have been received in total, including 576,911 complaints, 510,126 cases have been processed, recovering 410,000 million yuan in economic losses for consumers.
