A relevant person in charge of the Private Economy Development Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission said that the "Private Economy Promotion Law" actively responds to key concerns in the development of private enterprises. In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments and localities to promote the implementation of the "Private Economy Promotion Law".
Liu Min, deputy director of the Private Economic Development Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, said that the "Private Economy Promotion Law" actively responds to the key concerns in the development of private enterprises, establishes and improves relevant systems and enhances the rigidity of the system from the aspects of ensuring fair competition, improving the investment and financing environment, supporting scientific and technological innovation, focusing on standardizing operations, optimizing service guarantees, strengthening rights and interests protection, and strengthening legal responsibilities, etc., to ensure that all kinds of ownership economies use production factors equally in accordance with the law, participates in market competition fairly, and is equally protected by law, and promotes the complementary advantages and common development of various ownership economies.
