Except for emergency rescue vehicles performing earthquake relief tasks, vehicles transporting earthquake relief supplies, and command vehicles, other motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the controlled area.

The specific controlled road sections are: G318 Sangzhuzi Section K4872 (Sancha Road Intersection of Qumei Township) to Dingri County; G219 Dingjie Section K4737 to Dingri County; G318 Line Nyalam Section K5218 It ends at Dingri County.
