According to the method of the content from easy to difficult and the skills from junior to advanced, level 5/primary worker training is carried out in a classified manner. Localities can carry out training by combining theoretical courses and practical operations and online and offline methods to effectively improve the practical operation ability of trainees.

The notice proposes that localities should guide training institutions and designated long-term care service institutions to strengthen communication and contact, and carry out order-based training in light of personalized employment positions.
