The above four national standards have the following characteristics:

The logo design of infant and child products is clearer. The national standard of "Guidelines for Identification Design and Application of Baby and Child Products" proposes a "three-level graphic identification system". Through the layered design of iconic graphics, information guide characters and specific content characters, the applicable age, material composition and use warning of the product are intuitively displayed to reduce the risk of misuse.

The requirements for swimming sports supporting supplies are stricter. The national standard "General Technical Requirements for Baby and Child Products Swimming and Sports Supporting Products" aims at swimming caps, swimming goggles and other products for children aged 6-14, clarify quantitative indicators such as waterproofness and comfort, and strictly limit the migration of harmful substances such as phthalate and bisphenol A to promote the improvement of product quality.

The planning of sensory training products is more scientific. "General Technical Requirements for Infant and Child Products Sensory Training Products" national standards define the applicable age range of sensory training products for the first time, clarify the safety requirements of compression resistance and flame retardant for sounding components and electrical accessories, and reduce the risk of sports injuries in children.

Toilet utensils are safer to use. The national standard of "General Technical Requirements for Baby and Children's Products, Toilet Equipment and Accessories" covers four types of products such as infant toilets and toilet rings, and sets requirements from dimensions such as anti-slip and safety of folding locking mechanisms, and promotes the upgrade of products from "usable" to "easy to use".
