Liaoning: Take multiple measures to build a solid foundation for the development of new quality productivity
Liaoning is an important industrial base in my country. Since this year, the pace of local traditional industries has been accelerating. In Shenyang, my country's largest manufacturing CNC machine tool production base has achieved intelligent operations throughout the process. The popularization and application of technologies such as "5G+Internet" and digital twins has increased production efficiency by 50%, and doubled the product types. In Fushun, petrochemical production has made new progress, and the "oil and wax co-production" industrial chain covering the entire series of special oil wax products has been accelerated, helping traditional oil refining to upgrade to high-end new material manufacturing.
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at this year's National People's Congress that to grasp industrial innovation, we must firmly adhere to the foundation of the real economy, and insist on promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and opening up strategic emerging industries and the opening of new industrial tracks in the future. In order to implement the General Secretary’s requirements, Liaoning is accelerating the construction of 4 trillion-level industrial bases and 22 key industrial clusters. This year, 100 new provincial digital workshops and intelligent factories will be built to accelerate the implementation of industrial base reconstruction and major technical equipment research projects. At the same time, we will strengthen the construction of key robot laboratories and vigorously develop high-end robot products such as vacuum robots.
Hebei: Empowering technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries

This year, Hebei launched a special action to empower the high-quality development of the steel industry by large models. In Tangshan, the research and development and application of a number of new technologies are helping steel production improve quality and efficiency. This heating furnace intelligent combustion system collects production plans, impurity specifications and other data through a large data model, and uses automatic real-time temperature adjustment to reduce gas consumption and oxidative burning. This iron transport model ensures automatic and efficient distribution and scheduling of iron, which can enable enterprises to reduce heat loss and save fuel costs during the transportation of iron.
This year, Hebei has planned more than 140 large models to empower the digital and intelligent application scenarios of steel production, and 45 have been successfully implemented. Focusing on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, this year, Hebei will also focus on building ten major projects such as artificial intelligence empowerment projects and industrial Internet platform innovation and development projects, comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of green chemicals, high-end equipment, advanced steel, biomedicine and other industries, and further strengthen policy guidance and related service guarantees.
