Xi Jinping pointed out that China and Vietnam are socialist friendly neighbors and strategically significant community of shared future. "Vietnam-China has deep friendship, comrades and brothers" has become the most vivid portrayal of the relationship between the two parties and the two countries. Like-mindedness and shared destiny have become the most distinctive characteristics of the relationship between the two parties and the two countries. I successfully visited Vietnam in 2023. The two sides announced that they would work together to build a strategically significant China-Vietnam community with a shared future, and the relationship between the two parties and the two countries has entered a new stage.

Su Lin said that over the past 75 years, the two parties and the two countries have joined hands to form a traditional friendship of "Vietnam-China deep friendship, comrades and brothers." The Vietnamese Party, government and people have always regarded the development of relations with China as a consistent proposition and priority of Vietnam's foreign policy. Against the backdrop of profound and complex evolution of the international and regional situation and the socialist cause of the two countries entering a critical stage, the supreme leaders of the two parties and the two countries agreed to build a strategically significant community of Vietnam-China destiny. I firmly believe that under the personal care and guidance of the senior leaders of the two parties and countries, all departments of the two sides will work closely together to promote the construction of a community with a shared future between Vietnam and China to a new level. Liang Qiang said that the historical practice of the 75 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China has proved that developing traditional friendly relations between the two countries is in line with the fundamental aspirations and long-term interests of the people of the two countries, and will contribute to regional and world peace, stability, cooperation and development. Vietnam is willing to work with China to continue to deepen comprehensive strategic cooperation and promote the construction of a strategically significant Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
