The reporter learned from the Ministry of Natural Resources on the 16th that my country has completed the reconstruction of the national land space planning system, and the "multi-plan integration" national land space planning system has basically been formed. At present, the overall land space master plan of provinces, cities and counties across the country has been basically approved and entered the stage of full implementation.

The Ministry of Natural Resources stated that my country has established a "five-level and three-category" land space planning system, including the "five-level" overall plan of the country, province, city, county and township, special plans for regional (basin) and related fields, as well as detailed plans covering various regions such as urban and rural areas, land and sea. At present, the land space planning of the Yangtze River Economic Belt - the Yangtze River Basin, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei River Basin, and the Yellow River Basin has been approved and implemented. The land space planning of the Yangtze River Delta and the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle has entered the approval stage. The central region and other regions are accelerating the preparation, and some megacities are carrying out the preparation of the land space planning of the metropolitan area based on actual conditions.

Based on the "1" of the overall land space planning, all levels coordinate and comprehensively balance the special spatial planning needs of various industries in transportation, energy, water conservancy, housing and construction, culture, health, civil affairs and other relevant departments, forming a "1+N" work pattern.

According to reports, the natural resources department is currently continuing to promote the reform and improvement of detailed planning, determine the site selection, spatial form and land use planning of projects in various industries, to ensure that land use does not conflict and space does not fight, and to ensure that the project is implemented.
