Relying on foreign cultural and tourism institutions, travel agencies, online travel platforms, etc., we will strengthen the promotion of departure tax refund policies; support the promotion of overseas tourists gathering areas such as tourist distribution centers, tourist service centers, star-rated tourist hotels. We must not only promote China's beautiful scenery and beautiful life, but also vigorously promote China's good products and Chinese services. Fourth, optimize and improve relevant mechanisms. Strengthen business training for tour guides and related practitioners, and provide services related to shopping tax refunds for team tourists; combine it with promoting the facilitation of payment for inbound tourism, further strengthen work coordination and information sharing, improve the level of facilitation of payment and tax refunds, and promote the healthy development of inbound tourism.
