The main contents of the "Notice" include: First, increase the upper limit of equity asset allocation ratio. Simplify the gear standard, increase the proportion of equity assets corresponding to the solvency adequacy ratio of some gears by 5%, further expand the space for equity investment, and provide more equity capital for the real economy. The second is to increase the concentration ratio of investment and venture capital funds. The third is to relax the regulatory requirements for tax-delayed pension ratio.
