CCTV News: Recently, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to deploy universities in various places to collect a number of supply-demand and demand-to-distance employment education projects from enterprises, institutions and industry associations, and promote universities to accelerate the adaptation to the new requirements of the development of artificial intelligence for talent demand, employment services, etc., to help employers cultivate and recruit more practical, compound and scarce artificial intelligence application talents, and better promote the supply-demand connection between school-enterprise talents.

This project collection mainly includes three categories: targeted talent training and training in the field of "artificial intelligence application", employment internship base construction, and school-enterprise human resources improvement. The focus is on talent needs and use of artificial intelligence tools such as artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, intelligent robots, etc., to improve university students' job awareness, internship practice and employment capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence, and promote talent mining, technology upgrading, and innovative development in related fields of employers.

Before the end of April, employers can register and log in to the Ministry of Education’s supply and demand docking employment education project platform at any time, submit the supply and demand docking employment education project guide in the field of “artificial intelligence application”, and publish project cooperation needs. The Ministry of Education will promptly promote and release it, organize universities to connect with employers, and carry out the establishment and implementation of school-enterprise cooperation projects as soon as possible.

The Ministry of Education's Supply and Demand Docking Employment Education Project has been launched in 2021, and has jointly carried out targeted talent training, establishment of employment internship bases, human resources improvement, cooperation in key areas, career planning education, faculty team building, talent job recruitment and other cooperation, to promote the precise docking of school-enterprise talents. At present, the project has been successfully implemented for three phases, with a total of more than 2,400 employers connecting and cooperating with more than 2,000 universities, and completing more than 45,000 project projects, benefiting more than 6.2 million students.
