The public opinion popularity of private enterprises held a few days ago remains unabated. The participating companies are mainly technology companies, not based on qualifications to judge heroes. From the data, private enterprises have become an important subject of China's scientific and technological innovation, contributing about 65% of the invention patents and 70% of the technological innovation achievements of the whole society, and covering 80% of the national specialized, special and innovative little giants. Among national high-tech enterprises, the proportion of private enterprises has expanded to more than 92%. Huang Hanquan said that private enterprises can seize the policy dividends of participating in the construction of major projects.
Huang Hanquan said: "Support private enterprises to take the lead in undertaking or participating in major scientific and technological research projects in the country. The important scientific research infrastructure of universities and research institutes is opened to private enterprises. At the same time, the implementation of this intellectual property system is strengthened to bring a layer of protection for private enterprises to innovate."
At the same time, China has the advantages of a super-large-scale market, and there is huge room for application of innovative achievements, which is conducive to private enterprises seizing opportunities to improve innovation returns.
Huang Hanquan said: "Last year, the Central Economic Work Conference took the all-round expansion of domestic demand, especially boosting consumption, as a very important policy focus. Private enterprises have many fields, large quantities, and flexible operations, and can seize the opportunity of the country to expand consumption to find space for market development."
