The 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, which just concluded, appointed Lou Yangsheng as the deputy chairman of the National People's Congress Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee, Wang Menghui as the deputy chairman of the National People's Congress Environment and Resources Protection Committee, and Zhang Xinmin as the deputy secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
