Ideological construction is like the growth of trees. It requires both regular education to nourish the foundation and centralized education to help grow. Regular education is the "daily homework" of ideological construction of party members and cadres, moistening things silently like spring breeze and rain; centralized education is the "finishing touch" of ideological construction, promoting cognitive leaps and promoting qualitative breakthroughs in thought.
To adhere to the combination of regular education and centralized education, it is necessary to strengthen overall planning, promote the deep integration of regular education and centralized education, and form a virtuous cycle that complements and promotes each other. Through the study of the theoretical study center group of the Party Committee (Party Group), "Three Meetings and One Class", thematic Party Day and other forms, the Party’s innovative theories can be integrated into the depths of the daily thoughts of party members and cadres; through thematic education, concentrated training, special seminars and other methods, party members and cadres’ understanding of the theory can be more comprehensive and in-depth. Give full play to the advantages of online and offline collaboration, use online learning platforms, mobile clients and other channels to push concise learning content to meet fragmented learning needs; at the same time, strengthen deep learning through offline special lectures, concentrated training and other forms to ensure that the learning chain is constantly cracking and the learning effect is more solid. In addition, it is necessary to establish a resource sharing mechanism, create an educational resource library for party members and cadres, gather excellent courseware, teaching videos and fresh cases, provide a steady stream of nutrients for theoretical learning, and let the party’s innovative theories truly "fly into the homes of ordinary people" and be deeply rooted in the thoughts and actions of party members and cadres.
The vitality of theory lies in practice. The key to promoting the Party’s innovative theories into mind and heart is to “integrate knowledge and action” and should be implemented in “knowing to learn” and “using”. However, in some places and units, the phenomenon of theoretical study and practical application of "two skins" still exists.
