The "Cultural Welcomes Spring and Art for the People" section focuses on the field of culture and art, holds national "Three Going to the Countryside" concentrated demonstration activities for "Three Going to the Countryside" and "Emerging the New Year Art Exhibition", launches the "Literary and Art China" New Year special program, performs and displays excellent literary and artistic works, and creates a happy and peaceful festival atmosphere.
