On the first Sunday after resuming work, the total transaction volume has reached nearly 800 units. Although it has not yet returned to the pre-Spring Festival level, it still has an upward momentum. Some industry insiders analyzed that the entire Shanghai second-hand housing market was active in January 2025, with a transaction volume of 18,389 units, which played a good role in laying the foundation for the continued active market after the Spring Festival holiday.
