Multiple forces are working hard to search and rescue the missing persons
Although the rescue is difficult, the local area is concentrating forces from multiple parties to search and rescue the missing persons. At present, 949 rescue forces such as emergency rescue, armed police, militia, firefighting, public security, transportation, medical care, communications, electricity, etc. have been organized, and more than 200 rescue equipment such as excavators and fire trucks have been mobilized, and multiple 360-degree slope radars have been installed, which are divided into 10 grids for search and rescue inspection.
News close-up: Rescue forces from all sides rushed to rescue and searched for rescue with all their might. CCTV reporters from the Central Station also recorded the stories during the rescue and disposal process, let’s take a look together.
When I arrived in Jinping Village, it was still raining. The closer we get to the disaster area, the harder the road is, and we can only walk forward on foot. The villagers volunteers I met on the road took the initiative to ask that they could take us all the way.
Brother told us that this "convoy" has more than 30 people. Under the leadership of village cadres, everyone rode their own motorcycles and electric vehicles to transport disaster relief supplies and help rescue workers arrive in the disaster area.
Local villagers said: "The road is not easy to walk, it is steep, bent, and shaking. If you should do some force, all our village cadres will be dispatched. This is the command center."
In the core area of the disaster, rescue personnel and large machinery are searching and rescue. The collapse is more than 1 kilometer long, and gravel continues to fall above the landslide. The rescue staff told us that while making every effort to search and rescue the missing persons, the work of preventing secondary disasters and strengthening the inspection of hidden dangers is also being carried out simultaneously.
China Anneng rescuer Feng Weijie said: "We are digging a hedge passage. The weather is not very good, which poses a potential threat to rescue. Using monitoring equipment such as three-dimensional laser scanners and slope radars, the stability of the entire landslide body can be safely monitored. In case of instability, we can quickly warn to ensure that our team members can get early warnings to evacuate the scene as soon as possible."
In addition to rescue, emergency communications guarantee work in disaster areas is also crucial. The operator has set up various equipment on site to ensure the normal operation of the network.
The staff told us that they currently provide 40,000 users in the affected areas without reminding and stopping services to ensure that the people can communicate normally and meet emergency needs.
When we finished the interview, we met another group of volunteers preparing supper for the rescuers.
The local villagers said, "You see, these aunts are all here to help, all from other places."
Not just to make a hot meal, in order to facilitate the rescue forces from all parties, the volunteers also set up tents along the way for people coming and going.
